Ashleigh helped me find balance in terms of food. I was able to eat carbs, and even chocolate as part of my eating plan and still lose weight consistently, without being hungry or binging on the weekends.
Her positive energy and the way she saw and celebrated even the smallest improvements with me gave me the motivation to keep going. The workouts were challenging but possible even though I was afraid I wouldn’t keep up in the beginning. In total during the 12 week challenge I lost 10.7kgs (23.5lbs) , going from a tight size 14 (US 10) to a comfortable size 10 (US 6). And even more importantly I’ve kept the weight off in the months that followed. I would 100% say that training with Ash transformed my body but also my relationship with food and myself in terms of self confidence.
